We are using the DoubleTree Hotel as our tournament hotel.

To receive the tournament discount, please use the code UST when making your reservation.

Reservations MUST be made prior to Tuesday, July 2, 2006 by midnight. The normal rate is $239.00/night for a Single Room; $249.00/night Double Room. The special tournament rate is $165.00/night plus tax (single, double, triple, quad). Please note that the $50.00 early departure fee will only be waived if you make reservations identifying yourself by using the code UST, not USTA, this will also entitle you to the special discount rate of $165.00/night. If you choose to make reservations on your own, the hotel WILL NOT WAIVE the $50.00 early departure fee. Free shuttle service to tournament sites is available (priority for players; if available for coaches and parents).

Reservations MUST be made prior to Sunday, July 2, 2006, 4:00 p.m. EDT. The standard room rate is $139.00/night. The tournament rate is $125.00/night (double), $10.00 per additional person plus tax. Please note that the $50.00 early departure fee will only be waived if you make reservations identifying yourself as a US Tennis Association participant and using code 5453-USTA Clay, this will also entitle you to the special discount rate of $125/night. If you choose to make reservations on your own the hotel WILL NOT WAIVE the $50.00 early departure fee.

Reservations MUST be made prior to Saturday, July 1, 2006, 5:00 p.m. EDT. The standard room rate for a 2-room suite (living room, kitchenette, and bedroom) is $209.00/night. The tournament rate is $120.00 per double, $15.00 extra person charge and $15.00 for a rollaway.

The tournament rate includes a full breakfast buffet each morning. There is a social hour (5:30-7:00pm) with a light dinner and complimentary beverages Monday through Thursday for guests of the hotel.

Traffic is a potential problem to some of the tournament sites, so plan accordingly.
