Prior to the tournament -- Thursday (7/13), Friday (7/14) and Saturday (7/15) -- practice courts are first come, first served. You must sign in at the Tournament Desk at Woodmont Country Club and/or the Tennis Pro Shop at Indian Spring Country Club. No phone reservations will be accepted.

Practice courts prior to the tournament will be available at Woodmont Country Club on Thursday (7/13) from 2pm - 6pm, on Friday (7/14) from 11am - 6pm, and on Saturday (7/15) from 8am - 4:30pm. Indian Spring Country Club will have practice courts available on Saturday (7/15) from 11am - 4:30pm.

Once the tournament starts (follow instructions in separate handout and in the red, white, & blue Players Guide), the courts at Woodmont and Aspen Hill, Norbeck, Indian Spring, Columbia and Potomac Tennis will be available from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. The courts at Aspen Hill and Woodmont will be available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Manor will be available from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., except on Wednesday, when Manor will be available only from 12:30 - 4:30 p.m.

The committee reserves the right to place four players on each court for a 1/2 hour session, maximum one hour per day. If you arrive more than ten minutes late, the court will be reassigned.
