Registration: All players must report to the Doubletree Hotel between the hours of 1:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Boys’ 18 registration is from 1:15 pm – 3:00 pm; Boys’ 16 from 3:15 pm to 5:00 pm and doubles registration is extended until 6:30 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2006 in order to register for the tournament. When registering, players must present a current USTA card. Any player who has requested housing will be given their assignments at this time. Finally, we will be giving each player an information packet and some wonderful gifts from the tournament sponsors.

Doubles Entry Acceptance: As stated in the Doubles Application and Acceptance section, applications for entry into the Doubles Championships may be made between 1:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at the DoubleTree Hotel. Both partners must be present in order to enter the Doubles Championships. A reminder, at 6:00 p.m. on Registration Day, a "Players Without Partners" Meeting will be held to match any players who do not have partners. The tournament is not responsible for matching a player with a partner.

Opening Ceremonies and Mandatory Players Meeting: Beginning at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at the DoubleTree Hotel, the Boys' 18 and 16 National Clay Court Championships will hold an Opening Ceremony. Immediately following the Opening Ceremony, there will be a mandatory players' meeting where the Draw and times of your first match will be made available. Rollie Shea, the Tournament Referee, and others will provide vital information. The meeting will last approximately 25 minutes.
